Account Executive Sales | |

· Identify, develop and close new business in the eastern market. Target potential customers and develop relationships in order to acquire new business. Prefer experience dealing with (non-military) sector of the government. Manage and maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential customers. | |
|
Requirements are : · Minimum 7 years experience selling enterprise-wide software solutions. Proven success selling into a Global 2000 account base. Experience selling eCommerce, CRM, Self-Service, Personalization, and/or portal solutions. History of exceeding quota in a direct sales role. Experience selling with professional services and value-add technology partners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team environment. Education: · BS or BA; MBA preferred. Solutions selling training a plus. |

Manage & Coach the overall profitability of the Region. | |
| |
|
Active Role in Creation and Implementation of strategic direction. | |

Ensure client needs are satisfied & customer relations are established. | |
| |

Direct the sales & Service initiative; manage bank visibility/recognition in the communities within the region. | |
| |
|
Manage 15 branches located in Lancaster & York Counties. | |
|
Minimum Qualification: *Substantial experience managing multiple direct reports. *Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop staff. *Proven track record with sales & new business development in conjunction with meeting, exceeding individual and team sales goals. *Proven ability to manage multiple franchise profit and loss objectives.

| Regional Sales Director - 80% Travel |

Primary Responsibilities: | |
| |
|
Plans, organizes, implements sales programs for the region | |
| |
|
Plans and is responsible for achieving sales objectives in the region | |
| |
|
Conducts at least 20 face-to-face sales calls per month | |
| |
|
Prepares and submits projection and pipeline reports for the region | |
| |
|
Manages the following types of accounts in the assigned region: academic, consortium, hospitals, health care systems | |
| |
|
Conducts sales calls, schedules promotional work and tracks sales activities on large complex accounts within the region | |
| |
|
Quotes prices, prepares proposals and provides information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates | |
| |
|
Develops new business within the assigned region | |
| |
|
Maintains existing customer base | |
| |
|
Participation in regional and national and international trade shows, conferences and sales meetings | |
| |
|
Compiles data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing and reports to management | |
| |
|
Enters sales order confirmations into the sales automation database | |
| |
|
Completes sales trip reports within three days of a face-to-face sales call | |
| |
|
Makes presentations to new prospects and existing customers in academic and medical markets | |
| |
|
Attends sales conferences and sales meetings as required | |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
