PRIMARY FUNCTION: Manage and grow significant commercial loan-deposit customer portfolio with focus toward developing solid business relationships in the greater Altoona / Blair County market |

Maintain active business development effort through prospect calling, referral source | |

cultivation and community involvement. | |

Manage current loan-deposit portfolio in an effort to retain existing business and expand the portfolio. | |
| |
|
Negotiate loan requests with clients. Prepare credit underwriting packages and be able to justify the credit and support the proposed loan structure to senior management. Monitor loan portfolio and maintain the credit quality standards. | |
|
QUALIFACTION: Position requires 3-5+ years of commercial loan underwriting experience and previous experience with management and growth of customer portfolio. Previous completion of a Credit Training program required.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Economics or Marketing preferred) or equivalent experience
SOFTWARE SKILLS: Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar), MS Word and Excel, Access database |

| Banking - Team Leader - Northern Virginia / DC |
125-150k + Bonus |
|
|
| Work effectively with team to leverage sales opportunity in assigned branches as well as with internal business partners. Administer and manage the credit requirements of the bank across the entire loan portfolio. |

Reach and or exceed team goals by effectively soliciting new and existing Reale Estate Banking customers in the territory. (Annual Sales $10,000,000). Accountable for both balance sheet and income statement as well as managing expenses. | |

|
Provide effective Sales Management and Leadership in an effort to motivate, develop, and coach existing staff (10 in the area of sales and credit skills.) | |
| |
|
Work effectively with external business centers of influence to cultivate new business referrals. Participate in various community affairs and outside business networking groups to represent the Real Estate Banking Unit within their assigned territory. | |
| |
|
Utilized the Contract Management System (CMS) as primary reporting mechanism. | |
|
QUALIFACTION: Position requires 10+ years of Real Estate lending experience along with commercial credit background. Previous Sales Management and Leadership experience (ability to train Relationship Managers). Prior sales experience in a financial service environment.
