Banking - Business Development Officer - Lancaster PA 40-55k +Bonus
The BDO role is a very "hands on selling" type of position. It is designed for professional financial sales individuals motivated and comfortable with a compensation program that is heavily based on commission. (It is not a Relationship Manager of Corporate Sales type of role that would provide a lot of hand - holding or entertainment through the sales process for customers.) You are only in the branch offices for meetings or follow up. The bulk of your day is out in the field prospecting business opportunities and turning them over to the appropriate support personnel to finalize the details.
  You are out colding-calling in the field and working off of referrals you are familiar with from your own network or C.O.I. (Center of Influence). Examples would be: Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Clubs, CPA's, Local Business Associations, etc.
  You support 4-5 branch offices that provide local walk in leads and you follow up on those local leads.
  The “Phone Bank” system out of (Corporate Headquarters) provides you with qualified leads and schedules them directly into your Microsoft Schedule.
Base Salary is 40-55K and Monthly bonuses can range from 5-20K. You are selling Small Business Owners Banking services (deposits and loans) as well as attempting to obtain their personal banking business. Businesses with revenues annually of $500,000 to $10,000,000 are the primary market we target. You would have loan approval up to $250,000, once beyond that amount the loan is passed over to our Commercial department but you would get credit.

Banking - Relationship Manager (Real Estate) - Northern VA (DC) 65-90k +Bonus DOE
Manage and grow significant Real Estate loan-deposit customer portfolio with focus toward developing solid business relationships in the greater Wilmington market.
  Maintain active business development effort through prospect calling, referral source
  cultivation and community involvement.
  Manage current loan-deposit portfolio in an effort to retain existing business and expand the portfolio.
  Negotiate loan requests with clients. Prepare credit underwriting packages and be able to justify the credit and support the proposed loan structure to senior management. Monitor loan portfolio and maintain the credit quality standards.
QUALIFACTION:
Position requires 3-5+ years of commercial loan underwriting experience and previous experience with management and growth of customer portfolio. Previous completion of a Credit Training program required.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Economics or Marketing preferred) or equivalent experience


SOFTWARE SKILLS:
Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar), MS Word and Excel, Access database
